This article will surely help out. After your MBBS, you will pursue for a PG (Post Graduation) which provides the best and a certified hedge to your future. Well, every country has its own route or road-map for PG. We will talk about the Road-map for PG in Germany.

  1. Before leaving for Germany a doctor has minimum 6 - 8 months of time in which he/she clears his A1 and A2 language exams (the coaching for this language exams is also available online).
  2. Then he/she has to get a admission letter from a government approved test and language learning center for  TELC B2 and TELC C1 language proficiency. (B1 language can be given from India.)
  3. He/she will study the German Language upto C1 level in Germany.
  4. He/she has to get his observer-ship confirmed from a German hospital approved  by GMC (German Medical Council) to pursue PG in Germany. (His/her observer-ship is for minimum 1 month and can extend  for 6 months if required)
  5. After this he/she has to register himself/herself as a German Medical Practitioner with the German Medical Licensing authorities (also known as the "Approbation System"). 
  6. Finally, he gets a residency in Germany.
